Shawn began selling real estate in 1992 and worked for Re/Max of Grand Rapids for 20 years. In 2012 Shawn and his business partner Ken Smith open Homestead Realty to offer more personal service to their clients in the West Michigan area. Shawn specializes in residential home sales and purchases, and has extensive experience in investment properties, and vacation homes.
Personal:
Born and raised in West Michigan, Shawn has lived in the Grand Rapids area since graduating from Calvin in 1990. Married now for 27 year to his wife Janna, they have 4 children Savannah, Olivia, Claire, and Ethan. Shawn has been a soccer coach at South Christian High School for the last 8 years, and enjoys volleyball, adventure racing, and traveling with Janna and the family. Shawn serves as a Deacon in his church, and works with the church Youth Group. Shawn & Janna will be adding two new family members in 2020 with two daughters getting married.
